(2) Desired Imprint Color (colors available: White, Yellow, Red or Orange (3) Whether you want 2 or 4 holes. We will fax over a layout for approval. Any changes other than corrections, may incur an art charge.

Die Charges: $60 one time die charge on orders of 250. Any reorder or any order of 500 or more frames does not incur a die charge.
